Does Apple Hate Microsoft Badly?

By soft faq Posted in: software

I just opened their website, and Wow everything they say is…
Our Laptops are better than PCs, Our Macs are better than Windows, Our bla bla is better than Microsoft..And when I went to the page that tells you how to install Windows on a Mac, they were like…Furious? OK I don’t know, maybe Furious isn’t the right word, maybe I’m wrong, But seriously?? they’re kidding?? They’re really obsessed with their own products, And I mean Really obessed!! unlike Microsoft obsession (if that make sense though)
Here is a quote from their own site..
“Why get a new PC and just upgrade your computer, when you can get a Mac and upgrade your entire computer experience?”
“It doesn’t get PC Viruses”
“A new PC is overloaded with all sorts of applications. Most of which you don’t want or need. A Mac, on the other hand, comes with great software that’s easy to learn and a pleasure to use.”
The How to install windows on a Mac page…
“If you use a piece of software that’s not available for the Mac — a database management tool like Microsoft Access, your favorite PC game, or a specialty application — that’s OK. You can install Windows on a Mac and run those applications.”
“Don’t let that one Windows application keep you trapped in PC land. A Mac runs Windows, so you can use Windows applications when you need to.”
Isn’t that like too much?!

Obviously you have never owned or used a Mac. I use many different computers running not just Windows, Mac or Linux. Open your mind and stop being afraid of learning something new. Windows makes an OS for the masses and Apple make computers for people.
Windows is like buying an engine from Kragen Auto Parts for your old Chevy. Comes with after market, mismatched accessories that do not work well with others.
Mac is like buying a new luxury car that has everything working and everything is designed to work together.
I wouldn’t say that Apple hates Microsoft. It’s just that Apple see’s the flaws in having a registry and all of the problems that follow. Have fun with malware and viruses. I’ve not had any of those problems, or even had to worry about them, since I bought a Mac.
I still use WinXp and Win7, but only as a virtual machine so I can quit the application when it acts like the ***** it is. Then I copy over a new virtual machine to replace the misbehaving one.

I think you are overreacting. Apple is a competitor of all PCs that run Windows, so of course they are going to say their approach is better.
Offering the option to run Windows under Bootcamp is smart. I don’t see anything furious about it.
    No hating here, just marketing.

Contrary to what the Supreme Courts says, corporations are not living things. They have no emotions.
You’re reading aggressive product promotion, and the creation of a sense of customer loyalty, unity, and superiority among Apple customers. (Corporations have no emotions, but customers do.)
