I Think I Have Spyware On My Computer, What Should I Do?

I think I have spyware on my computer because when i type in a famliar website or log in to something IE redirects me to a totally different page or website. also sometimes the google or ask search engine will pop up in a different window. i found tracking cookies on my computer with my norton security virus scan, but it isnt picking anything up for this issue! please help as i heard from a conputer tech himself that this is spyware and first i need to locate it to get rid of it. my norton is fully updated so i dont know why it isnt working. what should i do?

    Look in Control Panel/Internet Options/Advanced/Connection/Lan Setting and see if you have “Use Proxy server ” checked. Uncheck it if so.
    Run a full scan with Malwarebytes:http://www.malwarebytes.org/

    Advanced System Care 3, Has a very nice Spyware Finder, And Removal. It is also free.
    Get Ccleaner Also. It deletes all cookies, and cleans up old junk files.

    insall an anti spyware and scan ur computer for it
