Every time I try to scan my laptop, an ASUS N61V, I get a bluscreen. This has been happing since the last Windows 7 update a few days ago. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Kaspersky, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution?



Try removing the windows up that may have caused the problem. Go to control panel, System and security, windows update, view installed update, then uninstall the update you got on the day the problem started.
